Add, change and delete a reptile’s photos, and browse every photo

A photo is cropped square, turned a quarter, given a caption and added.
  1. On the reptile’s page, select its Photos tab, then Add photo. A reptile with none yet shows Choose a photo instead
  2. Crop the photo and select Next
  3. Check Date taken, which is initially set to the date in the photo or else today, and add a Caption
  4. Select Add photo

A reptile can have 10 photos. Its first becomes its main photo, the one shown across the app. A reptile without one shows its first letter.

Change a photo

Select a photo to open it, select the ... button at the top, then:

  • Make primary: Make it the main photo
  • Edit details: Change its date or caption
  • Delete photo: Remove it for good. If it was the main photo, the reptile’s newest other photo takes over

Browse every photo

Photo Gallery in the sidebar shows photos from all your reptiles. It’s set to the same statuses as Home, and reptiles without photos don’t show.

  • By animal: Each reptile’s photos together under its name. Select the name to open its Photos tab
  • Mosaic: Every photo in one wall, newest first

Search and filter it as on Home, and sort by name or newest photo. It loads 12 reptiles at a time, with a button at the bottom for the next ones. Select a photo to change it here too.
