A sheet of tub labels.

Choose a layout

  • Rack label: 2⅝ × 1 in, 30 to a sheet (Avery 5160). No room for the usual meal, hatch date, tub or photo, and a venom warning takes the morph’s line
  • Tub label: 2 × 4 in, 10 to a sheet (Avery 5163)
  • Index card: 3 × 5 in, 4 to a sheet with cut lines. The only layout that can print the photo
  • One card a page: For a label printer, at the size you choose

Use a part-used sheet

Set Start at label to the first free label. Labels count along each row, then down.

Long temperature and humidity ranges

A long range wraps to two lines on a tub label or index card. A rack label shrinks it and cuts it off at about 40 characters. A ! beside Temp range or RH range says when a checked reptile’s range would be cut short.

On the reptile’s page, select the + button, then Reports and Cage Card. It uses your saved options. Set Start at label and select Download.

Scan a card

Ate logs the usual meal, and Undo takes it back.

Scan a card’s QR code with your phone’s camera to open that reptile’s Quick Actions. SnekLog has no scanner of its own.

Quick Actions shows what the reptile needs. Ate or Refused logs the usual meal, and below that are a button for each kind of event, Out just now, Add a photo and Open full page.

If you’re signed out, you sign in first and then land on the reptile. A card for a reptile that isn’t in your account shows Not in your collection.
