Select & Log

Log the same care for several reptiles at once

A whole cage is fed with one refusal and one skip, then the log is undone.
  1. On Home, select the + button, then Select & Log
  2. Check the reptiles. To check a whole cage or room, choose Cage or Room at the top of the list and check its header
  3. Select Log for on the bar, then Quick Feed, a cleaning type or Weigh-In
  4. Review the list that opens, then select its log button
  5. Select Done when you’re finished

Until you select Done, Undo on the notification takes back your last log and returns any stock it took. Reptiles stay checked after a log, so you can log something else for them.

To take a log back after Done, use Event History.

Quick Feed

  1. When: Initially set to the time you opened the list
  2. Ate, Refused or Skip: Everyone is initially set to Ate, except a reptile in shed or with no usual meal
  3. The meal: Select it to change the food, size or count for this log only
  4. The reptile’s care icons
  5. How many are skipped, and what comes out of your stock

What each choice does:

  • Skip: Logs nothing for that reptile, and its due date doesn’t move
  • Refused: A refused meal of a counted size has a Used the item switch. See Track Your Food Stock
  • A dose due: A line such as Panacur given with this meal appears, unchecked. Check it if you gave the dose. A refused meal carries no dose

Cleaning

Uncheck any reptile you didn’t get to.

Weigh-In

Enter a weight for each reptile, in its own unit. A blank box is skipped. A weight far from the last one shows a note, but still saves.
