Sales Certificate

Print a certificate for a sale

1. In the sidebar, select Reports & Cage Cards, then the Certificates tab
2. Check the reptiles
3. Select the button at the bottom, such as Build 1 certificate

Each reptile gets one Letter page. Print it, and sign it by hand on the lines at the bottom.

1. Your letterhead
2. The reptile’s photo, with its facts beside it
3. Medication history: The last 12 months, up to 8 doses
4. A card for each parent
5. Your terms of sale, under From the seller
6. Lines for the seller, the buyer and the date of sale

Your letterhead, logo, terms and which photos print are set in Reports & Documents.

If a reptile has more than 8 doses, the bar says so. The whole history is on the Animal Report.

Print one reptile’s certificate

On the reptile’s page, select the + button, then Reports and Sales Certificate.

Many certificates

Up to 20 pages are built while you wait. Past that, the button becomes Email me the export and SnekLog emails you a link. The finished file also shows on the Exports tab.
